Hey, I tried your game and I really like that you added a new scoring screen that shows the amount of Supers, Goods, Oks, X's and the amount of gold moves that you got. I appreciated that you added all of these great songs to this game <3. However, I and the community have came across some bugs here and there and I was wondering if you will be able to fix the following bugs and even add some new things to the game to make everyone's experience even better.
Dancer Cards
There is a bug that resets our dancer cards after booting/re-booting the game
DOTW is broken
Apparently, Dancer of the Week seems to be pretty broken after someone is getting a higher score but doesn’t replace the person with a lower score
World Dance Floor
The issue is that people have to wait at least 15-20 seconds to leave the world dance floor after the progress screen. Before that, they can’t leave
There is also issue that people can’t change the room and have to restart the game
Quick Play Mode
According to the game’s back cover, Quick Play gives a quick start to a random song. But when it’s selected its only shows one song, not a random one after leaving and entering again
There is also issue with the mode itself. As in the video shown it makes the song laggy
What should be added
Can you add the song votes and weekly back again? And can you remove the rooms because they ruined the experience? These features are very important for us and taking them away is disrespectful towards the community and the franchise.
Also, can you add this mode from FraDJ? It looks so awesome and it will bring more people to the game

I am in the process of reporting these issues to our QA team, I believe some of these issues have been posted in other threads already.
If you wouldn't mind, for any bugs you find in the game, would you be able to please create a separate post for each bug? That way we can monitor each bugs QA resolution separately and redirect players who have a similar issue to that particular issues thread.
Would you also be able to tell me what platform you are playing on, it looks as if you could be playing on Xbox or Nintendo switch by the button prompts, but would you be able to confirm?
It may be worth trying some connectivity troubleshooting for that platform to know if you are experiencing long load times because of a connection while the game syncs the online content such as Dancer of the Week.
Could I also ask with the Quick Play mode, what happens when you play another mode then go back to Quick Play? Does the random song change then? Also, if you restart the game completely, does the song change in Quick Play then?

About the Dancer of the week issue, I have spoken to the related player and they said they have a stable and strong internet connection. The issue is representing other players for different platforms. In the video, the person who uploaded the issue is playing on Xbox One
For quickplay mode, it was discovered that you have to play the song or to restart the game in order to actually changed the song. It also appears that after you play the second song in pause you can actually skip the song. The issue is that doesn't work for everyone and changing the modes doesn't work as well and also it wasn't explained properly

For the 'Quick Play bug', another player has made a thread and reported the same thing as you, except in their case it seems restarting the game did not change the song for them, so I have reported this to the Just Dance team so thank you for you help and bringing it to our attention in the first place.
As for the 'Dancer of the Week issue' that happens when you beat that dancers score, thank you for clarifying it is affecting other players on other platforms too, we will keep a close watch on these forums for players posting similar issue with Dancer of the Week and I will try to update you when the team can get back to us. I will see if we can make a known issues list in the meantime for our players, although this is usually handled by our community representatives.
