I've seen this one somewhere here too. Even though it will be more situational, I like it more. With this Warden will have at least something on those pesky dodge attackers.Originally Posted by Jazz117Volkov Go to original post
It would be uplifting to me if what I proposed would be added to the game, but giving him a third light on top of that, even without any special properties and even if it won't be accessible after shoulder bash would be totally satisfying to me.
Besides changing his lights to 500 ms, the devs should give Warden a new attack chain (heavy into a light).
This could work like this:
Heavy opener is his current one (from every direction), light finisher is a thrust with his sword (from the sides), 500 ms and deals 13 or 14 damage. From the top it is a pommel strike which deals only 10 damage, but it is also 500 ms and stuns the opponent. These light are finishers, so of course they would end your chain, but you could follow them up with a shoulder bash.
I wish he had Zone->Light, but we are getting Zone->Bash and Heavy->Bash instead.Originally Posted by Csodaszarvas_G Go to original post
I disagree with this because Ubisoft is already trying to find a way to deal with the “light spammers” situation. That’s why they’re trying their best to avoid adding light spamming combos to hero reworks because that way it encourages people to actually use the hero’s rework/movesets. Ever since Nobushi’s rework there’s been a lot of people ACTUALLY using Nobushi properly instead of making her look like a trash hero. If they make a lightspam chain buff for Warden’s rework that’ll just encourage people to keep doing what they’ve BEEN doing with Warden which will make the rework essentially useless because no one is going to use it because too many people only have the mental capacity to tap one button over and over again.
