Hi folks! I'm very sorry for the issues you all have been having with making purchases on the Ubisoft Store. I've looked into this for each one of you, and will try to provide updates on an individual basis below:
AndriesWillemse: I checked on your ticket, and can confirm that it is with the correct team to be reviewed further. My apologies for the delay on this! At the moment, I'm not seeing any pending orders or payments. Similarly, since you mentioned that you never received a confirmation email from Ubisoft, it's likely these two payments have failed to process, and thus will be automatically returned to you within the next 7-10 business days.
kupkoid: The same can be said for you, as I also did not see any active orders on our end for these purchases you've tried to complete. I'd recommend referring back to your original ticket if you have any other questions, since they'll be able to take a closer look for you.
Mr.Moopey: This is a slightly different issue, since you ran into an a suspended payment issue while subscribing to Ubisoft+. However, if you find that you have multiple charges and no subscription, this would be caused by the same error as the others are having. rose9700: I'm not seeing any pending orders on your account either. Did you ever receive a confirmation email from Ubisoft after any of these purchase attempts were made?
daomotions: My sincerest apologies for the issue with your bank being overdrawn. As I've noted with the others that have posted about this, these payments are not visible on our end, which points to the orders having failed. I would definitely recommend waiting until these authorization holds have been returned before attempting to complete any other purchases on the Ubisoft Store, as I would not want you to get overdrawn further.
Hi UbiExcellent, I appreciate your response. My query is actually why is it failing? I am unable to make a purchase via Ubi-connect or other means. I cannot keep trying to purchase the game and be charged constantly even if the funds will be refunded later. It is simple, how do I buy the game? Issue is not with my banks as I have tried two different cards from two different banks and got confirmation from them that the issue is with the seller. So why are the payments not being accepted from Ubisofts end?
I have raised a support ticket several days ago with no response yet. Would appreciate some support in this matter. I just want to buy and play the game.

I also do not understand why the payment was not processed. I did make purchases with both cards before and after I tried to make a purchase on UPlay and they simply work. All points out to UPlay having an issue with the payment gateway. But alas if you don't want me to buy your games please tell me BEFORE I try to make a purchase.
I went through couple of similar threads here on the forums and the reply is always the same: The purchase doesn't show up in your system. So maybe take a look at your system? Maybe there is a bug or an issue preventing people to purchase your games?

Thanks for the response UbiExcellent, at least someone replied however your reply doesn't solve much of the issues I'm having or anyone from this post for that matter. I paid with the same credit card on many different sites and I never had any problems until now which honestly makes no sense whatsoever. Honestly, I think I'll buy the game from some other site, I just don't have the patience to sit around and look at the forums on how to fix something that should be essential to any game stores.
