For skill tier 0 i always get 1 zone.
For skill tier 4 i always get 2 zones.
For skill tier 6 i always get 3 zones.
And its just random , sometimes they are easy like a headshot and sometimes they are soo small like their feet or arm that its imposible to shoot.
Reading the skill it says that it gives +1 zone for every skill tier above 3 and 2 at 6 skill tier , so by description i should be getting 6 weakpoints ? that should guarantee a headshot zone but it seems like its bugged. ive only tested it on blacktusk npcs , different variant , its always like that.
As for weakpoints on dogs , they are just imposible to hit if you are not in 2 meter away from it , small joints are just too small
Outside of the zones issue which will be buggy its a test server , I would think that different A.I would have different weak points . that guy has head and right arm and that other guy has left leg and foot and that last guy has head and leg and gut , sounds perfectly fine to me , would make it to easy if it was head and gut all the time for snipers and crit builds

It's, you get all bonuses on that tier you currently are. Not bonuses from your current tier and all previous tiers.
In this example, base zone is 1. So,
Tier 3: +1 zone = Base + 1 = 2
Tier 4: +1 zone = Base + 1 = 2
Tier 5: +1 zone = Base + 1 = 2
Tier 6: +2 zone = Base + 2 = 3
Overcharge: +x zone = Base + x.
I don't remember the overcharge number, hence 'x'.
Also, if you didn't know the other bonuses in each tier works the same way. It doesn't all add up, if you haven't checked it already.
