I know directives only added XP not to long ago. Then it was changed when Summit was released. But I can't remember what the change was exactly. Was it buffing the quality and/or quantity of loot? And are the changes only applicable to Summit or do they work outside of Summit? Any help jogging the old memory would be appreciated.
Thanks.
It gets new guys killed real fast - I did 3 heroic missions last week were the group who started the mission all using only rifles quit because it was too hard they all died ( all directives ) With all the directives running they had to wait to be picked up and just quit and were replaced by other and we finished the missions. They also were running directives on time trials when the rest of us are trying to get the best time on the leader board ridiculous Lol.
They make your life more miserable.
But in summit it's a popular choice to run 2-3 to increase the chances of getting targeted loot.
Fog of war revisited, no regen, hard to earn and special ammo are the most popular and the least punishing ones...the rest are just take away fun from the game in my opinion.
