I have been trying with no success whatsoever to communicate to ubisoft the issue i am having.
I have an OLD, UNRECOVERABLE ubisoft account associated with an OLD, UNRECOVERABLE email account, and this OLD, UNRECOVERABLE ubisoft account is linked to my PSN. I am unable to unlink my PSN from the OLD, UNRECOVERABLE UBISOFT ACCOUNT, as I CANNOT RECOVER the email address associated with this OLD, UNRECOVERABLE ubisoft account.
When I attempt to access the UBISOFT STORE in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, i recieve an error code.
I understand there is a fix for this already, however, given my unique situation, the fix does not work!!!!
It would be nice to be able to access all of the features the game i purchased has to offer, however i am unable to, because it appears that no one at ubisoft understands, or cares to assist me with this issue!!!!!
