    Error: This profile is already linked to another user

    I'm trying to link my Ubisoft Connect account with my Playstation account, and I'm getting a error message "Error - This profile is already linked another user. Not sure what to do here. Also I purchased Assassin's Creed Valhalla on Ubisoft Connect and Watch Dogs Legion on the PS4 Pro and haven't received Ubisoft Units for either game. Could someone please help?

    I'm guessing I already have a Ubisoft account associated with my other email address...is there a way to combine them?

    Hy KyloTrav! First off, welcome to the forums! Second, we'd be happy to take a closer look at this with you! Could you pleasecreate a support ticket here along with your account information and the PSN profile you are wanting to link to your account. We can look over the PSN account to see what other account the profile might be linked that is causing this error to show up for you.

    Same issue!

    I'm getting the same error when trying to link my ps4 to my ubisoft. Is there a way to check wha ubisoft is connected to my PSN, the same way you can do for EA? I've had this Ubisoft account for 3 years according to your website.

    I'm having the same issue and I can't even submit a ticket

    I'm having the same problem but the site won't even let me submit a ticket

    I'm trying to link my Ubisoft account to my Playstation account. I thought I had done it before, but it's unlinked. But when I try to link it, it gives me an error message saying my Ubisoft account is linked to a DIFFERENT playstation account. I only have ONE playstation account.

    I try to submit a ticket with this information, then when I select all the drop down boxes, the place to type your problem and thhe submit ticket button just DISAPPEAR off the page. What the hell am I supposed to do?

If you are still encountering this issue with linking your PSN accounts to your Ubisoft account, please know that you can also create a support ticket with our social media support on the Ubisoft Support Facebook or Ubisoft Support Twitter if you have any trouble with creating a support ticket.

    Have the exact same issue. I contacted support. Ticket #13510129.

    They told me they couldn't do anything. They said they were unable to verify there was a PSN account linked and refused to tell me anything else. I asked if there was something there could they unlink it or just manually link my PSN for me. I was told that they "were unable to provide me with that information."

    So idk what to do now.
