    I've merged your threads together here.

    Are you all on Xbox? If so, please give the steps in this guide a try.

    Can you all please confirm, if like Randiboy, this happens when attempting to start the game from the menu?

    Or is there something else occurring in-game that you've found to trigger this?

    Troubleshoot Fix

    I think I found a way to fix it Just Uninstall the game and install it back that should bring you back to the current version

    I think the problem is in the update
    can log in to crew on my ebox one but not crew 2
    have tried installing crew 2 again did not help
    have also tried lan and wifi did not help either

    Hey there!

    Please make sure you attempt all of the steps in the guide I've linked, particularly Port Forwarding and ensuring UPnP is enabled, as sometimes switching just to LAN doesn't always do thr trick.
