Upcoming "Achilles Pulse" improvement suggestions and matching adjustments

1.The first suggestion:
Simple dichotomy system skills, we have used skills on the shield, which is the same as the core armor to apply to the skill level of the shield.
And other new ones:
Exotic – Scorpio-Shotgun.
Also tried to establish a role as a tank.
There is no clear message about skills: I simply design my opinion.
The core skill level (yellow) affects the scanned object, increase the upper limit of the converted headshot damage and the "damage increase intensity" (the headshot damage of the shooting target is "multiplied by the additional multiplication factor").
There are 3 times in total. (LV6)
Skills and new armor value (blue) affect, taunt time (forcing the target to set you as the attack target PVE), and reduce the target's damage to you. (However, the amount of additional headshot damage for the basic skill is retained)
It means that a core blue defensive attribute forcefully taunts the target for 2 seconds, and then removes the taunt but still has the basic damage increase effect of this skill. It also reduces the damage from the target by 5%.
The two core blue defense attributes force the target to taunt for 4 seconds and reduce the damage from the target by 10%.
The third blue core defense attribute, an additional taunt usage. Taunt 6 seconds. And reduce the damage from the target by 15%.
The fourth blue core defense attribute, an additional taunt usage. Taunt 8 seconds. And reduce the damage from the target by 20%.
The fifth blue core defense attribute, an additional taunt usage. Taunt 10 seconds. And reduce the damage from the target by 25%.
The sixth blue core defense attribute, an additional amount of taunt usage. Taunt 12 seconds. And reduce the damage from the target by 30%.
2.The second suggestion: Acquire skills early. Improve the quarterly hunting boss response methods.
Acquired this skill at the beginning of the season,and granting hunting boss immunity to damage effects. (Still affected by status effects)
Scanning skills will increase the detection of the skills that the boss is afraid of (random), and cast the skills that the boss is afraid of to remove the BOSS immune damage. (The BOSS will rebuild the damage immunity every 30 seconds)
And this "Achilles Pulse" can directly damage the BOSS regardless of the damage immunity.
The hunting target can have the anger value system of RAID2 BOSS1.Summit boss can also apply it.
sounds all good to a degree , problem is the new pulse is made to show weak points , i think people have forgotten alot of the new stuff is geared towards skils , hence the skill player in the team can use it at max of 3 weak areas showing for there sniper or crit build guys to hit , why try to change it for a narrower field of use like your suggesting
