Who/how exactly did you contact Sony, DraigEryri? Was it email, Twitter?

I contacted them on Twitter initially and they then sent a link via DM for live chat as they couldn’t discuss account issues through Twitter- even though it’s not really an account issue!

Ah ok, thanks man, appreciate that. I tried DM on Twitter to Ubisoft, twice, first one over 12 days ago, no replies. I will actually try contacting Sony instead. Thanks again.

Right, having read the earlier post about Sony saying it was now working, I stuck my disk in and lo and behold, it now works. It immediately said FREE on the right hand side. Now currently downloading PS5 version. If you tried it and it isn't working, try again!
