Very interesting thanks. I thought it was most likely something along those lines but hadn't delved into the API - I didn't realise you could see all that.
Yeah I haven't tried the Turkish workaround as I shouldn't have to set up some fake account - it seems a bit sketchy and messy to have that account on there potentially forever that I will never use for anything else + don't want any issues with re-installation or DLC & whatnot in the future.
Hopefully it will be a relatively simple fix when the right people at Ubisoft + Sony coordinate on it and we won't have to wait too much longer...

Been trying to hit up the Ubisoft UK and Ubisoft support twitter (as well as AskPlaystation) over the last week about this problem but nobody bothers replying, I guess unless you are an influencer with 50,000+ followers or something you are not worth listening to. Pretty infuriating, any kind of information of a possible timeframe and/or confirmation they are listening to us is all I am asking for.
