    Tried the above and nothing is showing for me apart from the full price items, including the season pass etc.

    It was worth a go but since i have the disc version i wasn't hopefull

    Ubi not so soft

    Well, after mislead from 1st watch dogs i didnt bought even a single title from Ubisoft.
    After got my ps5 i said: ok lets give them another shot with WD:Legion - and hey! I see that in store ps4 version upgradable to ps5! Thats great!

    Got home, and......nothin! Buy another one! Lol
    Great "Upgradable" version i got hahaha

    Tnx Ubisoft that again showed me how right i was to skip this company Greedy games...
    Not gona give a 3rd one for sure ever again!

    Doesnt show any update on Store, got from CEX new but no sops open for refunds to return

    I'd be interested to hear their reasoning behind this as all these games have been purchased from UK retailers.

    Surely all these retailers can't be selling a version not meant for sale in the UK, especially as it has the correct rating and box markings, including a UK contact address for Ubi.

    hoping to have made a little progress

    Just had a 30+ minute chat with online support and saved the transcript. started off with them blatantly refusing to do anything stating that the SKU didn't match the PS5's account region and said that is usually the issue.

    Eventually I took videos and screenshots of my game case, PS5 home screen and account with region details and reporting. Mentioned several times about you all having the same issue as myself and referred them to the forum. Really hope I've managed to make a difference but said they would get back to me once they have more info.

    Watchdogs Legion... set in the UK and us UK folk can't even see it in nice PS5 HD with pretty raytracing. the irony. remaining hopeful guys!
