Just some more info on my PS4 disc of Valhalla bought from Curry's UK disc CUSA18535.
Watchdogs legion disc CUSA13035
Neither having the option to upgrade in my PS5 console. Must admit I'm hugely disappointed and baffled this hasn't been resolved yet.

Same here, UK PS4 disc copy, UK PS5 disc version and not able to access ps5 upgrade but I’m aware friends who have digital version of WDL bought from you directly have been able to upgrade, do you have a timeline for a potential fix or update us on what is causing it?

I meant to add that with other games such as Dirt5 I put the ps4 disc in and free update pops up which shows it's not my ps5 or psn account etc that's causing the problem.

States free upgrade but its not available... terrible from ubisoft. Im giving in 5 days then selling it and cancelling my copy of cyberpunk

Another case for you, UK, PS5 from Amazon, Game from eBay, case number CUSA 13035.
Saying this will make no difference to how Ubisoft do business and treat their customers as people will still buy their games but this is truly shocking behaviour from a company of this size.

I'm also having this problem with both Watch Dogs Legion and also Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Both games bought from Argos in the UK and the PS5 bought from Amazon UK. Was really looking forward to playing these on my new PS5 so really disappointed with Ubisoft. Both Borderlands 3 and No Man's Sky updated OK so obviously an issue with Ubisoft.
