I'm disappointed it's yet more crit/skill stuff, it'd be nice to get a headshot focused exotic that is either A. not an MMR, or B. not tied to a raid.
The new sniper type might be nice, but the RoF will be wasted while using a scope, as is already the case with the SR-1 due to the scope dropping to cycle the bolt after each shot.
As for the pulse skill, I don't see the use. If it has a head, just shoot that. If it doesn't have a headshot hitbox, it's either mechanical or armored. If it's armored, you'll wanna knock the helmet off anyway to deal headshot damage after the armor is broken. If it's mechanical, it'll either have so much HP that consuming the mark in one shot with an MMR won't make much difference, or it's a warhound and you'd be better off shooting a leg with Headhunter procced. Not to mention a crit build can do all that without needing a short lived specific skill, and with higher damage.

personaly i was disaponted they repeated the perfect insinc on a named gun, i feel there should only be one gun with each type of perfect talent ,if they are going to start repeting perfect talents like that then a great move would be to let us extract and use those talents as we please.
well exotic shotty look like what i was missing for myself, honestly curious how having a reliable way of doing poison damage will play out in PVE, specially against some bosses that like to hide and seek.
