The mouse I've been using since my MMO days is a Razer Naga. 12 number buttons under your right thumb is quite handy for executing your attack patterns in games like WoW and it's quiet handy in Division 2 as well.

Where do you find it? Neither google nor YT know that name and reverse picture search yields no results.
Is it a top secret gaming gadget by NASA?

Do try it! Can always return it if it's not for you and it's worth every penny.
You can even "shrink" the mouse by using the fingertip buttons with the longer caps as LMB and RMB, making it a super mobile mouse.

I have always used E for primary, Q for secondary and 1 or 3 for tertiary weapons without any issues.
With the thumb pad, I can switch weapons while still moving. The down button is used for mantling. Q & E are used for skills. The biggest benefit is control consistency across games, and not having to use the terrible in-game mapping UI.

Found it lol 200$ canadians for me dam its expensive lol but didnt found the second one... is it a real mouse? lol

I went on amazon and a lot of peeps thinks its awesome but for a mouse that will be used for few years they say there is few problems... Ill wait for a newer version of this mouse, its a brilliant idea... hope many companys like corsair, Logitech and others copy this so it can become a standard in gaming mouse
