    Unable to access Ubisoft store

I'm having the same problem on the PS4. It looks like Ubisoft services are down, probably because they're in the middle of changing over to Ubisoft connect. Why they choose to do that and then launch Valhalla is a mystery and infuriating

Don't worry. They'll soon plaster this comment with a copy/paste list of things for you to check to make sure the problem isn't on your end. You know... like a real support team should.

Happening to me on PS4 too. I also bought the in-game maps for Opal, Secret Entrance, Etc., and those aren't working either.

Great timing Ubisoft on switching/upgrading servers at the same time as a major game release. Tards.

    Store problems

I’m having a problem where it won’t even load into the store, says Animus Store and shows it’s loading.

    Also having same issue

I'm in asgard and my game won't auto save and keeps crashing as well. Went all the way through the battle with jotunn and to the well. Game crashes and I'm back to the start where I synchronized the first point.

    Unable to buy credits

I’m literally trying to give Ubisoft money by buying credits but the game isn’t letting me.

    I’m playing on XBoxOne
    I’m connected to the internet
I can open the Animus store
But holding down X to purchase isn’t doing a thing
I’ve verified my PayPal. That’s fine
I’ve double verified my Ubisoft account
Everything else is working on my Xbox

What’s up Ubisoft? I’m trying to feed your children

It’s affecting in game play as well. I’m unable to fine any opals. They show on my map but non are there. What’s up with that?

Halfway through December, what's up with this?

sadly, it seems like they have no clue. I'm totally frustrated and disappointed with my purchase. I spent $100 for all the bells and whistles, and feel like I got coal in my stocking instead. Great flagship game to showcase the next system. I guess I stop buying Ubisoft games.

did the whole disconnect, reconnect, reboot, restart, rebar, rere, rethink purchase, rethink life choices, and every other Re I can think of.
have they even given an official reply to this issue, or are the blaming Covid for the problem, like every other business?
