    Paid Uplay+ with receipt, subscription suspended.

    I just reactivated my subscription, added a payment method, paid for the subscription, got an invoice and I get a subscription suspended. i'd like someone to atleast care and not give me an automated response. This is a simple thing to solve, yet you have your clients being literally robbed.

    There has not been a single word fro ubisoft i suspect this will take awhile i suggest you call you CC company and chargeback that payment you just made. if this isnt respnded to soon im gonna charge back the payment they took for the 1st.

    I'm not really worried about the charging, I'm worried that I want to play an ubisoft game and I can't because of someone's negligence in a simple payment gateway.

    same problem here , my status is suspended : I tried to change my Credit card by paypal but it s the same , I can't play and uplay+ said my subscription is expired

    with stadia coming up, this is not the way to keep your playerbase in the ecosystem, ubi.

    same here i played 5 days then it got suspended, after i asked my mother if she can look if they charged she called me saying they didnt charge the money but i played for 5 days with + so wtf? XD
