I have the exact same problem. I bought it a long time ago, played some, and let it sit in my Steam account for a year.
Now when I want to play it, it using Ubisoft Connect, and show that it want to connect both
- For Honor - PTS
- For Honor - deluxe edition
But when I click continue -- I have the same error as @Dragos10151
My speculation that it might be because of the Publick Test version also present. But Steam would not allow to remove only PTS, it want to remove the whole package inculding my Deluxe edition

This issue is caused by launching the game from Steam whilst logged into the wrong Ubisoft account.
