Just bougt the Historic Collection and installed The Settlers IV and get fatal error: Exception 0x0000005 at 0x59b33f9f on startup. Don't know what too do!

Anybody know?

Perhaps you need to set an exception for the game .exe file in your antivirus software? Or maybe you dont have enough RAM to start the game?

Did You solve problem ? I have the same, I bought few monts ago and still I cannot run. I have the same error. Please help !!!
