Here are a few handy tips for newer players who join my crew:
    1. I know when you are down. Don't keep hitting the bell as if I have no idea that you need help. I will get you up as soon as I can do so without getting killed myself.
    2. Don't open the door to the next enemy spawn area until everyone else is ready! Seriously, I will leave you dead on the floor where you belong if you run ahead of my team. This really boils my blood.
    3. When you hear "Rogue Agents" in a mission... WAIT for the rest of the team. Dead on the floor you will stay.
    4. Don't bail so fast at the end of a mission. I have good loot to share or maybe an exotic you don't have yet.
Agree with all of these but also want to add:
If you're running a shield - don't just jump in front of someone else's line of fire with your pea shooter so we can all wait around for an hour for you to knock out that red bar. By all means take some shots, but get out of the way.

When a team mate is getting revived - don't hang around the revival point - you're drawing fire to a lame duck and someone who when they are revived may only have 10% armor. Get out of the way and draw fire to another location.

This kind of goes with the wait for the team - but WAIT FOR THE OTHER PLAYERS TO COLLECT WHAT THEY NEED. NOT EVERYTHING IS A SPEED RUN.

And lastly on the subject of speed runs. If you're doing a seasonal speed run - turn off the directives amd global challenge modes. Having directives on a "hard level" mission doesn't make it more challenging it makes it annoying and stupid. Get the speedrun points, then go back on a challenging/heroic/legendary level and add your directivce.

    Of course I do.

I did the guardian commendation more than one times. I's fun like hell because you dont know what will happen.
Very easy (story mode) or hard as hell (heroic).

I'm on SHD level: 893 or so .... I dont know because it doesn't matter for me.

'Play because you enjoy it and for no other reason. Otherwise, what is the point, really?'
    Just this!
