I just checked on other forums, apparently there is a lot of people out there with the same issue. Ubi of course conveniently closed their live chat support service hours ago. They blame Covid 19 on their website.
Well, where the f*** was covid 19 when you grabbed the money from my bank account in a matter of seconds, u rascals?
Same here, and no warning what so ever in the app or checkout so it's safe to say they scammed me out of 60€ while blaming it on covid
I would guess they weren't prepared for the traffic and high demand for Valhalla so their lego-servers broke down.. guess it's a muteted form of covid that infects servers and digital infrastructure.
