What is going on????

I am in a live chat with Ubi-LaFostein for over 30 MINUTES with a simple refund request. I waited 10 minutes in queue beforing getting assigned to this person, and he asked for a MOMENT while he investigates my simple case.

I asked for an update multiple times in the last 30 minutes, but no reaction.
