As a master ranked console player this is my list (im on Xbox specifically)

S: Conq, BP, Warlord, HL, Kensei, Nobushi(Nobu is my main and ridiculously broken in Diamond+ ranks)
A: Warden, Cent, Lawbringer, Warmonger, Raider, Berserker, Valk, Shaman, Orochi, Shugoki, Tiandi, JJ, Shaolin, Zhanhu
B: Gladiator, Jormungandr, Aramusha, Hitokiri,
C: Peacekeeper, Shinobi, Nuxia

I feel required to create a separate tier for LB above S tier. Maybe something like " FH god Omega" tier.
Just because parrying people with him after the ccu update dismantles people and they just end up getting super predictable.

As a doms tourney player this is my experience:

Must haves aka meta picks (in no order best teams comprised of 4 out of these 6): Shaman, Warlord, Kensei, Cent, BP, WM

Viable Comfort Picks (in no order these picks are viable not best picks but good for a comfort pick): Zerk, Glad, Zhanhu, Tiandi, LB

Not Viable (these picks have significant flaws that prevent them from being viable doms picks): Shugo, JJ, Orochi, Shinobi, Ara, Hito, Shaolin, Nuxia, Nobu, PK, Jorm, Warden, Valk, Raider
