The summit is complete garbage. Why anyone would consider touching this is beyond me. On level 100 stuck in the ******g doors because its grenade after grenade into the damn doors I cannot event get out of. TU12 you honestly expect anyone to give a **** about a new gear set and exotic when there is so much other crap that needs adjustments. You think putting that in the game is going to make it better its really not. Your completely out of touch with your players. So many people are leaving you seem to not really give a **** putting more crap into a game instead of doing balancing changes that your fans have been complaining about for months. Your a freaking joke man no wonder I am starting to download other games because who wants to get in game with a tank build a 2 mill in armor and get completely wiped out. I will pass, its no longer fun I and others gave you too many chances and probably defended you when we shouldn't have you take our money and give us a ****ty product. Get your heads outta your *** and fix the damn game no more excuses!
Ultimately, you don't want to go out those doors anyway. Stay in the entry way and bind up the Hunters with shock traps or foam. Throw EMP grenades at them so they can't toss their turrets behind you.
There are many things one can try to get through the Summit. Call for backup. Matchmake and get a group together. Change the difficulty. Personally, I do the Summit on challenging, mainly. That is my comfort zone. I can do heroic with the right crew. I don't care about legendary. If it isn't fun don't play it.
I've played in summit few times now and I can't say it is any better or worse then other missions or activities. But agree that there are mechanics in the game that AI uses that are extremely flawed. Most people will notice only those that are used against players, but there are also flaws that you can actually benefit from. For the hunters, they are the worst, in many cases it feels they can only spam their endless skills at players. Because when out in the open they are toast and very easy to take down. This also applies to the more recently created rogue agents and few other NPC types that are skill based.
I do think floor 100 needs some work. When the only real way to beat it is to stay in the tiny room and take the occasional shot as they cross your incredibly narrow field of vision. Or hope it bugs out somehow like you see in virtual all the you tube videos where they basically just stand in one place and let you cap them.
Its not exactly a well designed encounter its basically a case of extreme luck or just cheesing it is the only way to beat it
