Is it possible to transfer the game to another Ubisoft account?
I just recently reinstalled Wildlands and tried to play but lo- and behold it says that there is a authentication problem with the ownership of the product whenever i launch it on steam.. Bought it in 2018-10-09. Can't for the life of me remember if I used another email for Uplay..
Hi there, the error message you are describing usually occurs when you are trying to launch a game from your Steam library which is already linked to another Ubisoft account. So we can investigate this further can I ask if you could contact us with the information below via our social media accounts on Twitter or Facebook :
1) an image showing your steam ID which you can locate using the following FAQ
2) an image showing the proof of purchase which you can find by clicking on your username in the top right corner of your steam client and clicking "Account Details" and then "View Purchase History"..
3) an image showing your "Ownership" folder which you can locate here : C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership
To confirm this would need to be a full screen image clearly showing the above information along with, your Steam username and system clock for verification.
