The game key was activated on another account

This happened a long time ago, and then past a few months until now, I was chilling playing Far Cry 4, and for some reason, the game just crashed and then closed by itself. I was thinking, OK maybe I just need to restart Uplay, and then I can start play again...BUT NO, when I was starting Far Cry 4, it was needed to make login again, and then for some reason that I can't explain, said to insert the CD key or Activation Code, and I didn't know what to do!! So when I was inserting the Activation Code AGAIN, it said: "The game key was activated on another account". SO PLEASE someone help me solve this annoying problem!!

    !!!

    Best Regards,

first make sure you are logged into the right Uplay account that you originally activated far cry 4 on

if you have any other problem yes you will need to contact UBISOFT SUPPORT DIRECTLY
as they are the only ones that can help with account issues

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this difficulty launching FarCry 4. If possible could you confirm whether you are attempting to launch this directly from our Ubisoft launch client or another 3rd party launcher.? Also, while I would not be able to discuss specific details of your account on this open forum we would certainly be able to investigate this further so please feel free to contact us directly through our "Live Chat" service when this is available or via our social media accounts on Twitter or Facebook with your proof of purchase / game license key and any other information you may have available. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
