Not happy with this support in the slightest. I made a mistake and forgot to put a promo code on my order and 6 days later it's still not resolved.
This is very unacceptable for a company like UBISOFT.
I will be closing my ticket as it's to exhausting and frustrating waiting for a simple refund the way it looks you guys need the money to invest in a proper support system.
Good luck with everything I will be second guessing myself if I choose to buy a game on your platform in the future.
The fact you have even SEEN my ticket and all you can do is "ASSURE" me that it's in the right place that's pathetic how about you ACT upon it.

MassiveFlex: I do apologize once again for the anger that this whole ordeal has caused! As previously explained, our response times have been a bit extended due to the high volume of cases we have coming in on a daily basis. I still understand how annoying waiting for an answer from Support can be! Support on the forums is separate from that at support.ubi.com. Even further, there is a specific department handling your case and I unfortunately do not have access to their tools and services since I am over the forums. We also try not to handle or discuss in-depth player tickets anywhere outside of the portal to uphold and protect the player's account security.
As much as I do wish I could immediately provide the desired assistance, your case requires specialized support. A refund on steam takes like 10 seconds, why is it so slow here?
I puchased via the desktop app, but for some reason, promo codes don't work there (???????) so I forgot.
I refunded immediately.
I can't play or re-buy the game ... guess I have to wait a week now in order to play the game.
