    My opinions addressing a future PvP balance...

    Hello,

    Lady Death is probably the most used exotic SMG due to having an immense power output unparalleled to any other SMG. You get HUGE power by doing absolutely nothing! Is like getting a reward for no work done.

    The biggest outlier is in PvP for armor and armor regen builds combined with intimidate. This needs to be balanced properly. Due to TTK been nerfed as is, free 10% dmg on top of your build, its a most go to due to players stacking armor.

    My suggestion for Lady Death is the Breath Free talent needs to be reworded as in "each round consumes a stack, [amplifying wpn dmg by 10% per offensive core]." Why my suggestion? Easy, it gives 100%-105% amplified wpn dmg for an armor PvP player that has one offensive core with current PvP modifiers. This is unbalanced and it breaks the role of a tank player.

    Two talents that need to be looked at are intimidate and adrenaline rush. Intimidate does not have a PvP modifier and it needs one. It has to be nerfed by 20% for non perfected version and 15% for perfectly Intimidate. Adrenaline Rush needs a cooldown in a sense that once you reached all 3 stacks, it has a 10s cooldown before it activates again.

    Liberty needs a 40%-50% nerf since it stacks 2% per hit up to 30 stacks... thats an additional 60% wpn dmg, and on a pistol build... ie. 512k x 0.60 (not including crits, just base) = THATS A LOT OF DMG!!!

    Vile debuff NEEDS TO DISAPPEAR once the caster is dead. We did it for Plague of The Outcast, why cannot be done to the Vile? If thats too impossible, than the spread meter for Vile needs to be nullified since you can "one-shot-wipe" a whole squad in PvP... THAT NEEDS TO GO.

    Shotguns need to have the same restriction as LMGs do with the crusader shield and firewall specialty shield.

    Status FX for no skill builds needs a major nerf, a skill tier 0 Stinger hive bleed should ONLY last 2s, and it needs a 15s cooldown before you get it back. I've seen it getting spammed every second since they get one charge set, activate it, destroy, rinse and repeat. NOTE: Explosive resistance needs to be included in the Hazard Protection investing percentage NOT separated.

    The previous statements is what I see mostly used for PvP, and if anyone else has extra stuff to add, by all means do so.

    My PVP and overall game balance notes: DELETE ALL PVP GAME MODES - fixed - and now PVE can be fun without the stupid PVP modes..

    the ttk reduction must be reversed, it was a really stupid change.

    i agree with all the op posted, those changes are needed in pvp

    I don't agree with that. Lady Death needs running to amplify weapon damage. have you use it before? it required good skill on the controller to make the full amplify on 1 vs 1 shooting.
    No run, it just a trash gun.

    intimidate and adrenaline rush - do you know it has distance restrictions? The players take to rank and be close to giving attack. Those should NOT be nerfed. especially DPS and yellow build are too OP now.

    TTK is too short.
    In the previous version, normally you could have a quick response if someone shooting you. There is enough skill gap for the old player to make a counterattack. But now....you might keep dying bcoz of the stupid treat and the only way out is you did the same as them.
    For me, The attractive point of Division is the characterization on your own build. That the reason you can choose higher DPS or higher armour and find your own way to kill.
    Short TTK is closer to the game mode of Battlefield / COD... which is all players are equal. But that's not division.

    and one more thing, TTK IS TOO SHORT TTK IS TOO SHORT TTK IS TOO SHORT
    (if someone says EVERYONE LOVES the TTK now. I must be diametrically opposed to yours)

    You can gain two stacks (a total of 4) of amplified damage when taking out or putting away the crusader shield btw

    1. I have it, and use it. Did you clearly read my suggestion? You still run around to get stacks, BUT the amplified dmg is determine by the number of red cores in the build.

    2. Yes, I am aware there are restrictions for distance but yet again, intimidate is still a strong talent that needs balances compared to Obliterate and Spotter, And Adrenaline Rush keeps activating regardless how many enemies and/or players attack you.

    Vigilance, Obliterate, Spotter, Concussion and In Synch have methods to activate and have deactivation regardless of distance, and they complement each other. Intimidate has a modifier, but it needs a cooldown to reactivate like I suggested and intimidate needs to be lowered with a PvP modifier.
