I think there is a bug fix needed

Hi hope you can help I am trying to complete the weapons objectives and the attachments objectives but i can not find the information I need I have been playing and looking for these ever since they have come out

The m82 survival say Maria's shop but I can't seem to find it there but when you look at the gun it says you need a redeem code but where do I get the redeem code from

The aug scout says find tactical caches in the wild I have found hundreds of them and nothing

The svd 63 patchwork says complete ghost war mission flawless victory but a can not see a ghost war mission called flawless victory

And that is only 3 gun's but the weapons objectives say I have 6 where are the other 3

Also in the attachments objectives for hive silencer it says complete ghost war mission the untouchables but I can't see the mission called untouchables in the ghost war missions

So I don't know these things are in the game

Also the titans seem to be giving you the same weapons all the while so there maybe a bug fix needed there as well

And also when you are in erewhon the game keeps freezing and throwing you back the the main menu
