People have probably discussed this before, but are you serious? Why would you lock a mission behind a preorder. I don't mind all the usual throwaway cosmetics, pay to win items (that I can choose to not use), or whatever is normally in a preorder, but a mission? That's actual content.
I expect that, so at least it's not locked forever for sure, but I will probably play this through once then wait for DLC or a new playthrough with DLC later on. So, later on is kind of disappointing. I have Ubisoft+. I'll play it on release, but I don't think we get access to preorder content (obviously no preorder).Originally Posted by cawatrooper9 Go to original post
Hmm, that's a good question- I'm not actually sure how that shakes out.Originally Posted by MeinChurro Go to original post
I'll update this thread if I see anything.
I shouldn't be locked out of content unless I preorder. Some will say "what determines content", I think a story mission counts as content. What if I wanted to wait for reviews? I happen to have played the mess 'Watchdogs Legion' on release, I know of many people who regret their preorder. Ubisoft is hit or miss on release. You wait for post-release reviews you miss out on a mission.Originally Posted by Kormac67 Go to original post
I should get a meaningful reward if I preorder.Originally Posted by MeinChurro Go to original post
There is a ton of footage available now to decide if you like the game or not.
I guarantee you people did. Similar to how I headlined my OP. I wasn't there for Odyssey release, but I would have complained the same then, as now, if I was there for it.Originally Posted by KmarkoPL Go to original post
