The Deluxe Edition version can not connect online at all and therefore all the DLC paid for by the user is inaccessible and so is the multiplayer. The standard edition has no issues with this apparently.

Hi Ubisoft folks,

I'm facing the same problem and have already opened a case, which got stuck in ESCALATED for days. I received no further info since Jan 27. Tried DM Ubisoft Support on Facebook but they do not reply at all.
