Cannot get Blacklist to run on PC no matter what I do | Forums

I have tried changing the .ini to launch Blacklist off Steam 20 different ways. Not to launch in fullscreen, open in dx9, nothing works. It just starts to open, and then just dies. Running Windows 10 and a GTX 1080, and have been itching to play SC:Blacklist for a long time now. Anyone have a solid fix for this annoying problem?
