    Game stuck on Ubisoft Connect

    Up until today i have had no issues. I did the new update for the game and then the issue started. Once I click to play the game the Ubisoft Connect window shows with sometimes the watch dogs legion banner and then sits there forever. I have verified the files, reinstalled 2 times and also tried with adding in the -dx11 argument. I have also tried in offline and online mode and none are working. I have the most up to date video card drivers and my windows is up to date.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open Ubisoft Connect
    2. Login
    3. Click on Games tab
    4. Click on Watch Dogs Legions
    5. Click Play
    6. UAC pops up and I click ok
    7. Ubisoft Connect window pops up and just sits and the pinwheel spins.

    Got a answer to my ticket but it was just a we know and then it looks like they are calling the ticket done.

    In short i guess has anyone ran into this issue and had a fix or a work around to be able to play the game? Because i am not really satisfied with that answer because i don't see how just acknowledging it and calling it closed makes sense.

    Having same exact issue. Already have 20 hours into the game and all of a sudden this issue started, I also contacted support, and only get the same ******** scripted responses

    Hey everybody. Firstly, I'm truly sorry to hear that you're all having trouble with the same problem in Watch Dogs Legion. I'm sure this is incredibly frustrating and I sincerely apologize for the negative effect it has had on your gameplay experience. Secondly, I do apologize if our support team was not able to provide the desired assistance! Would you be kind enough to let me know your case numbers? I would like to review them further.

    Also, if any of you are able to grab some video exhibiting this issue, I would be more than happy to report it for you!

    Navigate in U Connect to WDL right click select View Game Details
    Select Properties
    Navigate to Game launch arguments
    Click Edit
    Enter -BattlEyeLauncher
    Confirm exit and start game see if this gets you out of the loop.

    No difference.

    Running connect as admin got me a small splash screen, followed by black screen then back to desktop. Closest it's gotten.

    Same here too, Ubi Connect keeps loading in loop. The only way I could launch the game is via GeForce Experience but the game crashes not long after I start playing.

    I can get the game to start, but the only way I can launch it is through the file explorer by clicking on the app

    @UbiKoality My case number is 13064314. The last response was ridiculous.You would have to be a rocket scientist to follow all the steps they wanted you to do. The issue is definitely on Ubisoft end not on our end.
