    Attention UBISOFT forum staff

    Whomever has the authority to shut down the ability for people to post on this section of the forum needs to seriously think about doing so.

    This forum isn't helping anyone with anything it's now just silly nonsense and you can tell that just about everyone posting complaints, are not reading anything pinned.

    The complaint topics people keep making the same one over and over, are continually drowning out the topics people are posting that actually have help in them. The people post complaints asking for help. Once 6-10 complaints about the game not being optimized and it's broken with FPS issues and complaint about the patch, then every complaint has been made. more complaints are just noise.

    If you really want to help people, then here is a suggestion, go through and save every help topic on this forum, keep the 6-10 complaints, Then nuke the entire forum, post the 6-10 complaints along with the help, and then don't allow anyone to post anymore.

    You only need 1 topic for each type of complaint, example 1 topic for specs and settings, that has nothing but people's specs and hardware as replies,

    Having thousands of posts strewn throughout the forum of my specs and game doesn't work right makes it 100 times harder if not impossible to locate everything, having 1 topic for just those types of replies contains all that information in one place, and also don't have the form a mess

    The topic below is a prime example of exactly what I'm talking about. here is a person posting a complaint and wants help that was already posted on this forum which was drowned out by topics exactly like this

    1. It goes both way, if you stopped obsessing about the forum and gatekeeping its content (which is, by the way, neither your job nor your role), you would be playing the game too, yet here you are.

    5. Yes, the same questions are repeated over and over again. Humans have been like this since Internet has launched decades ago. People don't read and don't search. It's to be expected. There is no magic trick to address that and your post is definitely not the solution. You just have to be patient and deal with it.

    6. I worked in customer support for a long time for another company, what happens here is expected by professionals in the field and nothing they haven't seen before

    7. Locking up the customer support section is probably the most counter-productive solution that exist. That's akin to shutting down the phone customer support because the "answer can be found somewhere".

    8. If helping people exhaust you and you're not enjoying the results, feel free to stop and do something more productive of your time. You make your own choices. You're not entitled to people listening to you, especially considering the tone and dismissive attitude you generally have. Nobody is keeping you here but yourself.

    Want to help people, then here is what should be done, go through and take every help topic, keep the 6-10 complaints, nuke the entire forum, and don't allow anyone to post anymore

    If a complaint about the game is only allowed to be posted once how do you know how widespread the issue is? If 5000 people post about an issue then it should be a higher priority than one posted by about 3 people. Allowing everyone to voice their complaints allows the scale of an issue to be worked out and then prioritised.

    See this is what I'm talking about. Everyone on this forum is asking for help, and yet when help is provided that would help everyone asking, along comes this person using a complaint to bury the help offered, and then later on people will still post complaints asking for help..yet here is that help and look what's happening.

    no that is false, 5000 people posting complaints does is make 4999 of those complaints useless (I did not say the information in the post isn't valid or needed because it is, but allowing it to be thrown around all over the place make it useless because the information is going to be next to impossible to be found.

    You're convolution the issue, once a complaint is made about low FPS, the patch didn't do anything, and my game is broken here are my specs, then the complaint has been made. there shouldn't be another complaint topic with those exact complaints. I can count at least 100 topics of just my game has low FPS, I can count another 200 with just the game needs to be fixed comments, I can count at least 150 topics that all say the patch did nothing.
    Now you have over 600 pages or crap strewn about randomly instead of just 3 topics for those individual problems.
