I have never been so outraged with a product I own in all my life and its a shame.
At It’s core, the game and the visuals are amazing but it’s such a shame that it’s ruined by a lack of care, considering and even communication.
I have experienced countless issues including but not limited to:
- Mutliple game crashes
- 3 different save corruptions
- Performance issues
- Animation errors
- Audio errors
- Graphical Artifacting and disruptions
Now I have absolutely no problem with any other release I am currently playing on my setup (3700x, 3200mhz Ram, RTX 3080) Bar this and the still awful performance of watch dogs 2, no wonder you gave both games away practically for free.
I would be happy to lock this game at 30 and play it like that, it’s not ideal but it is a hefty game but with the crashes and loss of progress? There is no point at all.
Ubisoft, take responsibility for this mess, make a statement about your awful product launch and commit to fixing these issues rather than just staying silent.
Have you tried verifying file integrity? Have you tried updating your drivers? We're looking into it. /sOriginally Posted by Imadudeforeal Go to original post
That’s literally all anyone is ever told to do on these forums. It’s a solid joke.
Before these events, I was considering picking up a pre-order for the POP Remake and the new AC (Or at least getting a +Sub) but no hope now.
I’m lucky that I had this as part of a promotion (Though I bought my GPU as a means to get the game too) but I’m more mad at the people that dropped considerable amount of money on this. People make Jokes at Bethesda for buggy releases but this really takes this biscuit.
The worst part is the silence on this matter. They released that patch (Which I’m willing to bet wasn’t intended to do half of what they stated) as a token. Was a bit of a weird situation that the day 1 patch and the patch released the next day were both 1.44GB. Also very strange that the Nvidia driver wasn’t released until the day of released (Mid way through) and the Patch to fix things was the day after. They knew about these issues and still released this mess.
it doesn't matter what is posted, people ignore the actual help and drown out all the people who do post help, then bury the help topics by continually posting more and more complaint topics, asking for help.Originally Posted by Imadudeforeal Go to original post
Completely agree with you. Twice I've contacted ubisoft support and I've met with stuff like verify your integrity/check to see if your drivers are updated etc. This game makes fallout 76 look like a masterpiece at launch. A shame too really, I was looking forward towards a london based open world game.Originally Posted by Imadudeforeal Go to original post
The fact that I'm pissed is not just the silence, but the fact that ubisoft isn't allowing me to refund the game at all. I've contacted their support regarding game-breaking bugs and basically people not being able to play because of these bugs and requested a refund and they provided me with a link to their refund policies stating that any digital product that was "accessed" cannot be refunded which is unacceptable. If I knew this would have happened I would have spent the same amount on cod black ops cold war or something else.
Technically, the game is a giant dumpster fire. I will be very surprised if it ever gets fixed.
I seriously regret buying it, and If I could I would have refunded it on the first day, but I can't, which is also complete and total HORSE SH*T.
It's a real shame, because I enjoyed Watch Dogs 2, and despite it's glaring technical flaws, Watch Dogs 1, but Legions is just hot garbage.
I've been dwelling the Language Pack post, browsing through the other problems of this game made me feel better I've refunded it. Damn I liked the concept so much. Such a shame it got this trainwreck of a launch.Originally Posted by JPWiseguy Go to original post
