    Unable to install DLC content

    After reinstalling the game, I have not been able to reinstall any DLC content. If I try to continue my save game, it says that I have to install the DLC to continue or start a new game. If I go to the store to download the DLC, it shows that I own the content, but if I go to install, it takes me to the PS store page where I have to purchase the content again (it gives me no option to purchase it for free, I have to pay money).

    I bought the Gold edition on launch, and have played the DLC previously. I have tried reactivating licences and rebuilding the database to no avail.

    Thank you for providing the troubleshooting you've tried so far.

    I would also advise the steps in this guide too.

    Do you have a digital or physical copy of the game?

    Hi there!

    With the exception of trying another system, I have attempted all the steps listed in the guide. With the current state of affairs in the UK, regarding lockdown, I fear that this cannot be attempted any time soon.

    I have a physical copy.

    Can I check is this all installed on the internal hard drive or an external one?

    Sorry to hear you are still experiencing this, as you are advising you are having a problem installing this content on your PS4 console could I ask whether you have contacted their support team directly to ensure the license is set up correctly on your PSN profile and there is nothing which may be restricting this installation process. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
