Sorry to hear this, Metal_Llama43. I would advise making sure that all fields are filled out before submitting the ticket. You can also create a support ticket with our social media support on the Ubisoft Support Facebook or Ubisoft Support Twitter.
Maybe I’m not choosing the correct fields but I have them all filled out. Are there certain things I should select for this issue? When I clicked on the Facebook support ticket link it took me to their Facebook page and then after clicking contact us it takes me back to the same Ubisoft website support ticket that I can’t get to work.Originally Posted by Metal_Llama43 Go to original post
