    I am sorry that you are unable to link your new PSN account to your Ubisoft Account.

    It could be that the link is still active on our end. Please contact us via a support case and we'll get this looked into for you.

    I am having the same issue but can’t get a support case or chat to open after choosing my issues.

    Sorry to hear this, Metal_Llama43. I would advise making sure that all fields are filled out before submitting the ticket. You can also create a support ticket with our social media support on the Ubisoft Support Facebook or Ubisoft Support Twitter.

    Maybe I’m not choosing the correct fields but I have them all filled out. Are there certain things I should select for this issue? And as far as a Facebook support ticket, will it need the same fields filled out as well and what should they be? Thank you

    When I clicked on the Facebook support ticket link it took me to their Facebook page and then after clicking contact us it takes me back to the same Ubisoft website support ticket that I can’t get to work.

    I also sent a message to Ubisoft support on Facebook messenger over 9 hours ago and the message still says sent and not delivered.

    Yes they have got in touch with me and said I should be good to go to link my new psn account. Thank you!
