    Relink Ubisoft Connect Account to a new PSN Account

    My Ubisoft Connect account is currently linked to an old PSN account that I no longer have access to. I have tried to "unlink" the account, and then "relink" to my new PSN Account, but I get an error that says I can only re-link to the old account, which I cannot use. How can I link my Ubisoft Connect account to a different PSN account?

    I was unable to submit a support case on your website, because the form refuses to submit unless I select an error category, but choosing an error category removes the form from the page.

    Hey Ghost_Nick! I see your submitted ticket on the website. Once the team is able to review it, they will reach out to you. They'll be able to get your PSN accounts switched on your Ubisoft account so that you can play on your desired PSN!

    Don´t waste your time here, go to the japanese support web they speak in english and in a few minutes they solved my problem
