Hi guys, same here and after some troubleshooting it appears the reason for the Low GPU usage is DLSS. I tried disabling it and the GPU has been pegged at 100% as it was supposed to. Report that to Ubisoft support so they can address.

    You are getting it wrong.
DLSS indeed decreases GPU usage, but that is supposed to happen always. The issue with this game is that the CPU usage does not go higher than 50/60% which in turn makes the GPU not go higher either.

This game is heavily CPU bottlenecked by not utilizing it fully (or even close to it). On a "normal" game, either the CPU or the GPU (usually GPU) reaches 100% usage and you have your max framerate that your PC can produce, but with Legion neither go higher than 50-70% usage and this is the problem.

If your computer has the ability to run the game, the problem is probably in the drivers.

Yes it looks like what you are describing. Ubisoft must react...

I'm also having terrible optimisation issues with this game, I bought an NVIDIA FE 3090 and the game came bundled so I thought I would be able to get a rock solid 60fps at least with it at 1440 x 3440 but despite the settings its still up and down all the time. I'm using an I7-8700K and everything is up to date. Really disappointed Ubi shipped the game in this state.

Just want to add my experience with the game. I am getting full CPU utilisation. 100% and all cores maxed out. Not sure if it should be maxing out all the time, but my point here is the game runs so different for different people the only explanation is the game isn't optimised well. This game wasn't ready for launch and it needed further testing. If the game ran better on better hardware and worse on worse hardware then that would be fair enough and slight optimisation on lower end PCs would be nice. That isn't the case. No matter your specs the game will perform poorly, but for various and dissimilar reasons.

Now imagine if Cyberpunk released without the delay. People would be just as mad as we are now. This is why people shouldn't be complaining about game delays because this is what we get, rushed, buggy poor performing soup.

Same as everybody else, FPS all over the place but mostly between 45-55 with DX12, worse with RT on (regardless of its “intensity”). And like everybody else no amount of settings tweaking makes any valid difference, apart from switching to DX11 (and kiss RT goodbye).

Also noticed that DLSS actually works on DX11 and you can really see the difference between the various qualities.

    Specs:
MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio
    Ryzen 5 3600
    16 GB 3200Mhz DDR 4
    PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD
(Tried with and without OC on both CPU and GPU, without noticeable effect).

    Very bad optimizashion

    Hello Ubisoft.
on my system, constant drawdowns of fps, cpu and gpu are not fully loaded, fps 30-50 do something and then I will issue a refund.
    System config :
    DX 12
intel xeon w3690 6 cores 12 threads OC 4.5 Mhz
    ddr3 16 GB triple channel
    SSD
    Geforce RTX 2080 Super 8gb

Indeed, totally. For what i see with MSI Afterburner, the threads of my 2700x not even cap their utilization at 100%; the maximum value i notice is about 80% per thread.

What is going me ape**** is the fact that a friend of mine, with a 9900k and my same videocard (3080 TUF), is able to run the game smoothly @60fps with RTX On. There is something "macro" to be fixed imho.
