Can confirm same bad performance
Specs:
i5 8600k @5GHz
RTX 3080 (MSI Gaming X Trio)
16GB 3200MHz RAM
SSD
I hover between 40-70 FPS in game NO MATTER WHAT SETTINGS.
I can put it at 1080p everything on low or 4K everything on max and I still get similar results.
DLSS doesn't do anything either. On or off I get the exact same FPS.
My CPU and GPU usage are always around 60%
Did a fresh Windows install when I received my 3080 a few days ago. Windows and Drivers both up to date with latest version. Barely anything else installed on the system.Hey guys, could I ask if you have both Windows update installed, as well as the newest GPU drivers?
I cannot believe how bad the optimization in this game is. I would say it's possible the worst game ever owned.
I have all the latest drivers, Windows updates, game update and a brand new HP Omen 17 laptop with a i9-91885H CPU, 32gig ram, 1TB NVME, and a RTX2080Super.
Running on a 144hz G-Sync 2560x1440 monitor and mainly High to Very High after the spiderbot mission and your actually in London City I gret really bad framerates (sub 50and stuttering when driving in vehicles and loading new sections in. Terrible, terrible optimization
on the forum there are hundreds of complaints that people are not getting proper performance from their high end graphicscards and this guy asking whether they are using the latest drivers or not.. what a stupidity....Originally Posted by JackStillAlive Go to original post
Me 2, exactly the same.Originally Posted by RazzakTar Go to original post
Thanks. Hoping for a quick patch since it's quite unplayable now and the game seems to be very interesting.Originally Posted by UBI-Zuzu Go to original post
Here is the same situation, no matter the resolution, setting, low, ultra, RT active or not. The CPU and GPU usage does not exceed 60%, it is always below 50FPS, I play in Ultrawide. And I've seen people with GTX 1660 running at 70fps in fullhd at Very High, it doesn't make sense.
My GPU is RTX2060Super, Ryzen 3600, 16gb, last version with Windows 10 and last driver Nvidia....
The game uses RTX as marketing, but soon RTX is performing horribly, and it looks like it will take time to get an update to the problem.
What strikes me is that indies studios are more committed to trying to fix their games than a giant with thousands of engineers, it was to have a patch today fixing this problem with RTX.
