As a 43 yo computer scientist, some posts right there are really painful to read.
On the screenshot you see 66% cpu usage and ppl here claiming the guy is cpu bottlenecked.... Men that's why I never try to argue with random kids or Mc Donald employees in forums...

Yeah, it's DX12 buddy, you're not gonna see 100% CPU usage. His CPU has 4 cores bro. It doesn't take a genius to figure out this game requires 6-8 core CPU's for smooth 60fps. Go look at videos on 4790K vs an i79700K benchmarks. Over 30fps difference on a 2080ti.

i have an 3090 FTW3 ultra, 64Gb of the best Corsair DDR4, on my Samsung Evo 970 m. 2, on an Gigabyte Auros Master MB, i9 9900k, at 3440x1600 resolution on a LG 38GL950 display. this game dips to 38fps. foh with what you're talking. I should be able tp play at Ultra settings sir. everything all the way up. it utilizes roughly 8.5GB of VRAM at Ultra for me... not even close to half of the total Available.

4 wks after your post and 2 or 3 Driver Updates later and this game still runs like trash...

I also have a 2080 Ti and play at 3440x1440 but the game looks far more CPU bound than GPU. I'm getting a lot of stutter and frame time spikes. I suspect this is a CPU issue. My CPU (8700K) is being worked at a constant 90-95W however thread usage is not bottlenecking. Not sure what's going on...

What!? I'm running the game on a 7700k @5Ghz with a 2080ti @ 4K High settings with RTX On and Dlss Quality On and im getting 60fps avg. You don't need 6-8 cores for 60fps.

Also the game still stutters at random intervals and it has nothing to do with the CPU the game just isn't optimized that's why they settled for 30fps on NextGen Consoles.
