Hi. Similar issue. After completion of a last defiance mission my Tower Hamlets borough still oppressed. I'm 100% positive that completed this mission - I have an achivement "Take Back London". And no active quest to replay it. What should I do to help my last borough?

Liberated Southwark and continued playing, at some point it became "unliberated" and the borough mission isn't showing as being complete. I still have the anarchist on my team from when I completed it initially.
