    Not available for purchase due to geographical restrictions

    Hi, so... I'm trying to pre-order Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, but I get a notification that disallows me to purchase the game "due to geographical restrictions" and I'm then suggested to redirect to my own store. Except I AM on the store that's set for my geographical area, the Ubisoft EU Store. Am I to understand, then, that my country specifically -- Denmark, an EU country -- doesn't allow me to actually purchase any physical games from the Ubisoft Store? In which case, why?

    Ah you live in Denmark, I thought it was North Korea

    More seriously, have you a VPN connection active or something? There should be no problem.

    I don't think so. Checking my settings say that I have the Advanced Options on (that is, "Allow VPN over metered networks" and "Allow VPN while roaming") but there isn't otherwise an actual VPN connection. Do I need one?

    If you don't already have a VPN then you should turn those settings off ..... They could be interfering and there is no point to having them on if you don't actually have a VPN

    Someone more qualified than me can answer you.
    But what comes to mind: try to make the purchase with your smartphone.

    I'm from Finland and I remember that I had a similar problem a few years ago when I tried to buy Origins on their shop. Though, it solved itself the next day (and no idea what happened)
