I see the first known issue being connected to this, but I just want to make sure you know that after the change to ubisoft connect all the ubisoft club claimed rewards got removed and have to be reclaimed. The currency has be refunded so that we can claim again purchasable cosmetics but game-related and time limited rewards are not claimable, as you mention in the known issues.
