    Missing cosmetics from Rainbow Six Siege that were claimed through Club rewards.

    I see the first known issue being connected to this, but I just want to make sure you know that after the change to ubisoft connect all the ubisoft club claimed rewards got removed and have to be reclaimed. The currency has be refunded so that we can claim again purchasable cosmetics but game-related and time limited rewards are not claimable, as you mention in the known issues.

    The elephant skin that i purchased for 40ubi coins back then is needed to be redeemed again like wtffff.. Like sure they gave me bunch of ubicoins but cmon thats still 40coins. lol

    i made a support ticket and i didnt really get any help. thats honestly par for the course here tho. spend a bang of money and be a loyal customer but always get bad info or no help on the support end.

    I have had positive experiences with the customer support so far, especially when I was missing cosmetics again, or couldn't claim a cosmetics from a challenge. I will open a ticket now and let you know what happens.

    A fellow goose in support told me I should wait for the fix and that everything is going to be claimable (or maybe added back to our accounts?) once they resolve it.

    Hi Everyone! I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue with missing Club rewards since our transition to Ubisoft Connect. Please rest assured that this is an issue our teams are actively looking into at the moment, and we'll make sure to update the Known Issues list once we have any updates.

    That's a TYPICAL RESPONSE from you guys since DAY 1, come on... QA/QC your work first before releasing and messing up everything
