its not actually a nerf but apparently mark of blades has confirmed the devs has changed the enemies on legendary difficulty in the summit with some stealth updates. He made a build with a ton of protection from elites and they added more purple and reds bars to LEGENDARY. i need a good explaination before i uninstall this game again.
This is so typical of this franchise. It started with the first Division game. We'd stack damage to elites and rofl stomp challenging missions so they'd fill the legendary stuff with red bars that hit with 4 million damage. The reds also don't have armor so damage to armor has no effect on them. It's dirty pool.
Unfortunately there is no way to give a good explanation, maybe the best thing is to uninstall it ... and think that there are innocent people asking for The Division 3, thinking that it will be better, even if the 2, which is complete, the developer cannot or he doesn't want to fix it, because even today the game is unbalanced with a lot of useless items, let alone creating a new game.
