Hi I have the same issue with the German PSN Store. Redeemed the Season Pass Key, download the 1MB thing and no unlock and still buyable within the PSN Store the Watch Dogs 1 Version is also not unlocked. If I remember correctly we had that issue with the AC Odyssey Season Pass too.
Last time it took several days to be fixed global within the PSN ecosystem. The codes seams to be configured in the wrong way, again.
Hi there, Montradon! I'm very sorry to hear that you're missing some content. Can you please go through the steps listed here to see if they help? Thank you!
Hi @UbiKoality as I said, there is nothing I can do on my end.
The code is wrong configured within the PSN.
The ingame Store shows the season pass as bought but the PSN does not and so it is still buyable in the PSN and the Watchdogs 1 Version is not unlocked and still purchasable too.
And other reports here in the forum are comming in too. Its a global issue.
yep same here in the UK cannot get Watchdogs 1, Pass is still showing as purchasable, my ultimate edition stuff is not there, even though the code has all gone through on PSN. not even sure i got the coronet mask as well, and still have not received my PSN Pre-order Download bonus. Not sure what is going on.
I'm still missing content. Should I reach out? And if I do reach out via twitter and Facebook what is that going to achieve because as far as I can tell after running all the recommended fixes you guys have suggested nothing has changed. I am still locked out of the season pass and WD1 which cost me $128 dollars to purchase. To put that in perspective, that's most of a day's wages for me.
So has something changed regarding the PS4 missing season pass and WD1 that the reps at Twitter or Facebook can fix? I have opened a case a week agoo now and spoken to PlayStation but have received no follow up or remedy. At this point if things persist and communication about the issue is vague to silent I will have to assume that Ubisoft has no plans to do anything and has enjoyed the premium profit we paid for these versions. I'll give it a few more days and then I'll be contacting the relevant government trading and consumer regulation and protection bodies in my region as I've been falsely sold goods that don't exist or at the very least are faulty.
