    Ultimate Edition Season pass and DLC codes not working

    I am in Australia and just got a brand new copy of Legion Ultimate Edition on PS4 fronm EB games (sealed) , when I redeem the code for the Season Pass, it shows up as valid and the season pass but when i go to 'confirm' the dlc, it says the code is invalid. Is this across the board, and I am scared now I spent all this extra money for nothing if the code is now invalid. {lease fix this! I am too scared at the moment to try the Ultimate edition code and I never got the pre order code, which I have asked EB games for. According to the subreddit, I am not the only one.

    Definitely not the only one, I've been trying both codes every few hours since it arrived yesterday (came early for me). Really hoping it's just a PlayStation thing because I dropped 250 on this game.

    Hey does your save file also say standard edition? I got the ultimate edition but my console says it's the standard edition which is freaking me out

    I havent startred it yet, but Im guessing Ultimate might just be a nomeclature for the edition where you get the extra codes, but the game itself is the same, however, when the PS5 one launches, it may be something therre - hopefully the saves will go over, as they say they are offering a free upgrade.

    I just tried to enter my codes and it says the action has been attempted too many times. Guess I'd better sell my copy

    Hi,
    I too am in Australia. My copy came early from Amazon. I tried to redeem the code early, PlayStation store gave an error and said the content was unavailable. This afternoon on actual release day I tried the code again. It worked and it says the season pass is installed in my PlayStation notifications but the content of the season pass has not been applied to my game and when I access the PlayStation store and look at the season pass store page it wants me to purchase the season pass. I paid $128 Australian for this and now the season pass is broken and hasn't applied to my account properly. I have created a support ticket with Ubisoft and they are apparently "looking into it". I have all the screen shots and evidence to show that the game says the pass is applied, the notification panel on my ps4 says it has installed but the PlayStation store says it's not installed and I have to pay $60 dollars to access the content. It's the 29th of October and it's 8pm here in east coast Australia.

    Sorry to hear about your experience.

    Have you restarted your game by any chance since you redeemed the code? Additionally, can you please highlight the game icon, then scroll down and click PSN Store to check if your Season Pass has been installed properly?

    If so, can you please provide us with some screenshots of this occurring?

    To be honest, from the description it sounds like a delay from the PSN server, but usually, it doesn't take long to synchronize all the data.

    I have restarted the machine. I have taken the plug out of the machine. I have rebuilt the database. I have signed out and signed back in. I have resynced all licences. PSN has really glitched out here because I tried redeeming code early i think. And now I fear this could be permanently broken on my psn ID. Unless Ubisoft get PlayStation to correct the error I'm stuck with no ability to access the season pass. Even if I pay the $60 for it (why would I pay twice?) It may not work as it probably broken on the psn network for my account? I'm also getting the PS5 soon and if this doesn't get resolved, I won't be able to carry the season pass over as the PSN network doesn't recognise I activated the code correctly.
