    after you hit shd 1000 you will only get scavenging points and you can divvy those up among whatever mats you need. i think I have 60 some odd points that i can turn into mats whenever i'm short

    I believe you also get a tiny health boost every 5 SHD levels. As noted, each SHD level can be spent to get 50/25/10 (depending on material type) mats.

    Nice.

    I did notice something that should have been pretty obvious last night. My two alt characters don't get played so they each had stacks of unused points on their watches.

    I'm actually considering a fourth character. lol

    I voted and pressed i just wanted to Vote.

    Only because no matter the prize/Reward i don't think the season are interesting enough to play no matter what i gain from them.

    Sorry for a little negativity but playing the same old content with modifiers is not my thing, i know i probably stand alone on this but hey, thats the way it is.

    You're not the only person who finds the seasonal content has gotten old. However, this change would still benefit those who are interested, or who have only recently picked up the game.

    Unlike new content (i.e. missions, open world, modes) this would require minimal development effort. Named item caches already exist, and changing the reward track to substitute them for the material caches should be easy enough.

    Just wanna say that the (sort of) return of the global event shop looks to be a great alternative to my proposal



    My only quibble is that unspent stars are lost when the event ends, but this is outweighed by the shop being in addition to the reward track.

    I like the idea of a named item cache, or two Maybe even for the final reward have a named item cache with two or three items inside ?

    Well I think that stuff is there for the new players with 4 characters on my watches alone I can replenish supplies immediately - component food and water are all i have to go looking for - at some point you only going to be doing it for the challenge nothing wrong with that - just give me a new bobble to hang from my back pack and I'll do it.

    What I would like to see is events focused to certain gear sets - to get people to try them all out and find the advantages and find a set suiting their playing style. Just that a certain gear set would have a slight advantage to encourage use during the event.
