You want people to post a video showing that the overlay FPS counter is enabled? What would the point of a video be in that situation? Wouldn't a screen shot suffice? Do you also need to see the .exe properties so you can verify it's set to run as administrator or can you just take someone's word for it for once? Multiple people are reporting something small but annoying that doesn't really need a video to confirm.
I also have this issue as well as the constant pop-up notification when friends come online even though I have that notification turned off. Oh, and by the way, running Uplay as administrator causes The Division 2 not to launch unless I also run it as administrator. Has it ever occurred to you and Ubisoft in general that non-essential programs really shouldn't be requesting administrator privileges on users' machines?
Edit: oh, and no, my fps counter is still not working even though both Uplay client and Division 2 are running as administrator and the box is checked to show FPS.
Guys want to have a laugh?
It looks like the Anti-cheat "Easy-anticheat" is blocking there own FPS overlay.
Same thing in Watchdogs legion with anticheat battle-eye they are using. It blocks the FPS counter. LOL
Play any of UBI game that doesnt have an Anti cheat like Div1 or wildlands and it should show up on those games. LOL

Hi!
The problem is not solved!
The game and launcher have been updated to the latest version. Game and launcher settings have not changed. The problem of displaying the overlay appeared after the graphic update of the overlay and the transition to Ubisoft Connect.
A video of the problem is attached. Youtube: https://youtu.be/xZF-BOgShTA
Description:
when I press the key combination Shift + F2 (timeline 0:12), I see the mouse cursor, when the cursor moves, I see that the cursor changes to a hand, as if the cursor is hovering over a button or link, while there is nothing else except the cursor.
Hi Paul.T.Stranger!
