Reward wallpapers and soundtracks no longer available to download - Ubisoft connect

    Hope you can help.

On the PC, I can't download any unlocked wallpapers or soundtrack files - even for those that I had claimed before everything was unlocked.

    Examples are

    Far Cry 5 (Wallpaper)
Far Cry Blood Dragon (Soundtrack and Wallpaper)
    The Division (Wallpapers and Soundtrack)
Far Cry Primal (Soundtrack and Wallpaper)
    Watchdogs 2 (Wallpaper and Art)

Is there any way to get these please?

    Many thanks

Yea, put them back Ubi. All the wallpapers and soundtracks are gone from Assassin's Creed and many more others. They're just download links which still exist on your servers. So put them back.

Most of the art, wallpapers and soundtracks of the Assassin's Creed franchise have disappeared from Uplay PC since the transition to Ubisoft Connect.

These rewards cannot be downloaded anymore, even for those that were purchased with units before. Many players who purchased these rewards cannot download them again.

Can you please add back these rewards to Ubisoft Connect?

    Many thanks.

Speaking of that, AC China has duplicates. They removed the goodies as they did for the legacy games and some AC titles (excepting the stuff in-game), but the duplicated rewards are for the same in-game items I also already have. In fact, all those rewards show as claimed, including the duplicates, on the website, but not through the Connect launcher. I had already claimed all the items back in the day, as well as for most of the games I completed. So, other than the fact the legacy games and the AC titles impacted have had their rewards removed for whatever reason, this one is the only title I have which has had discrepancies.since the migration started. Kind of a mess.

    Hi NomadPTG,

We're aware that players are unable to be downloaded through the Ubisoft Connect Desktop App, however you should be able to download them from the Ubisoft Connect website.
